Cookie Policy
Information about our use of cookies
Last updated: October 2026.
A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that a website stores on your browser or the hard drive of your computer. Cookies, and similar technologies such as local storage, can be used to make a website work, to remember your choices, to measure how a site is used, or to show you advertising.
Cookies on our website
- Our website does not need you to log in, so it does not set cookies to remember who you are.
- With your permission, we use analytics tools to understand how people use our website so that we can improve it. We use Google Analytics (provided by Google) and Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft). They collect information such as the pages you view and for how long, how you arrived, your device, browser and approximate location, and how you move around and interact with a page, including through heatmaps and session recordings. They only run if you choose “Accept”.
- With your permission, we also use advertising and marketing tags, managed through Google Tag Manager, to measure whether our advertising and enquiries lead to bookings, and to show relevant advertising: Google Ads conversion tracking (provided by Google), the Meta pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, for Facebook and Instagram) and Bing Universal Event Tracking (provided by Microsoft Advertising). They record that you visited our website and which pages, enquiry forms and brochures you used, and may link this to your Google, Meta or Microsoft account if you are signed in to it. They only run if you choose “Accept”, and your choice is passed to Google as Consent Mode signals.
- With your permission, our website shows an AI chat assistant, provided by buildmyagent.io. It loads only after you choose “Accept” and then start using the page. If you chat with it, what you type is sent to that company, which processes it for us and may store its own cookies or local storage on your device. Please do not put sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Our website host and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse. This is needed for the site to work safely and does not track you across other websites.
- We use fonts and images that we host ourselves, so loading them does not involve another company.
- When you make a choice in our cookie banner, we save it in your browser’s local storage so we can remember it for 12 months. It is not a cookie and it stays on your device.
Content from other companies
Some pages show content or tools provided by other companies. When a page loads this content, your browser connects to that company, which can see your IP address and may set its own cookies or use similar technologies. We do not control this.
So we ask first. The first time you visit, a banner asks whether we may use non-essential cookies and load this content. Choose “Accept” or “Reject”: the website works either way. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page, and we will ask again after 12 months.
If you don’t allow it, the places where that content would be show a short note instead, and you can still load a single map or video for that visit by pressing its button. The table shows what we load, where and when.

Each provider has its own privacy notice that explains how it uses data. Our Privacy Notice lists the providers we use and how we protect your data when they handle it.
